I visited my brother's house and my sister-in-law made green curry for us. Her recipe was delicious and easy, so I tried making it at home myself.

Prepare all the ingredients. First, rub the chicken wings with salt and rinse well to remove any odor. Next, prepare the winter melon by cutting it in half, removing the seeds, and washing it thoroughly. Cut into pieces and boil in about 1 cup (240 ml) of water—just enough to cover the melon in the pot. Simmer until the melon softens.

Reduce the heat to low and ladle out most of the water, leaving just enough to cover the bottom of the pot with the melon. Pour in 2 cartons (about 33.8 fl oz/1 liter) of green curry soup base. Increase the heat to high. When it comes to a boil, add the prepared chicken wings. Once it boils again, add the green curry paste for color, then add fish sauce, palm sugar, ground black pepper, and crushed red chili peppers (use the amounts listed above).

When the curry comes to a boil again, check that the chicken wings are cooked through. Add the Thai basil leaves, turn off the heat, and cover the pot for 3 minutes to let the basil infuse. The curry is now ready to serve.
