100 gfeta cheese
100 gcherry tomatoes
10 gbasil leaves
5 gparsley
2 tablespoonpepper
1 tablespoonhot chilli flakes
15-16 clovesgarlic
as requiredExtra virgin olive oil (be generous)

Chop up the greens with garlic

Heat some olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Place the tomatoes and feta along with some salt and herbs as shown.

Cover and let cook till feta is golden.
Meanwhile ready the spaghetti in boiling well salted water.

Mash the sauce when ready, add pasta water to dilute and thicken.
Add the pasta and mix.
Sprinkle some herbs and serve.
