Steps

First put water in semolina and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Then take a pan and heat oil in it. And mustard seed, salt and baking soda. Add the oil into the semolina batter. Now add Eno to the batter. Divide the batter into three parts.

Take beetroot now and clean it and grind it. And then sieve it and add it into the first part of the batter. Now add green chutney into the second batter. In the third part we will make a normal idli batter. Now take the idli pot and grease it with oil. Then add the batter into it.

Now wash lentils soak it for half an hour. Then add it to the cooker. Add salt, water and turmeric and boil it. Now take one pan and heat oil in it. Add mustard seeds and fenugreek leaves, curry leave and dry red chili to it.

Now add tomato to it. Then when the tomato add nicely boiled then add all the vegetables to it. Now add all the masala and water and have 2-3 boils in it. Add the boiled lentils to it. Then add tamarind water to it. Now let it have 2-3 boils and then of the stove.

Tasty Colorful Idli is ready! Serve it with Sambhar, coconut chutney and red chutney.
