Chicken biryani

Mix chicken with curd, chilli powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, 1 table spoon of ginger garlic paste, lemon juice. Keep in refrigerator for 40 mins.

Slice onions, green chilli, curry leaves. Take pressure cooker and keep it on the stove. Once the cooker heats add ghee, once the ghee heats add cumin seeds, shah jeera, cloves, elachi, mix it well. Add onions, green chilli, curry leaves, add turmeric. Roast until onion becomes brown in colour.

Add the refrigerated chicken and mix it well. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

Then add soaked rice and mix it well.

Add water, pressure for 2 whistles again.

Once the pressure is gone remove the lid and yummy chicken biryani is ready.

Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
