Take a bowl add vinegar, water and food colour and mix well.

Wash and clean the chicken and cut them deeply.

Dip the chicken in the vinegar water for 1 hour.

Take a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice.

Add tandoori masala and mix well.
- 6
Apply the mixture all over Chicken and inside the cut as well.

Now store the Marinated chicken in a box and freeze up to 1 or 2 weeks. Take it out from freezer 4 - 5 hours before cooking on Eid day or another day.
