I wanted to make a bread that would go well with dry curry.
Use an ungreased pan to cook these.
I used cake flour for the ones in the photo. Recipe by Shibacchi

Steps
- 1
Put the flours and salt in a bowl. Add the water a little bit at a time, mixing it in with your hands. Knead it into a dough.
- 2
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 balls.
- 3
Dust with whole wheat flour and roll the dough into circles, 20 cm in diameter.
- 4
Cook both sides in an ungreased frying pan, pressing down the edges with a dry cloth.
- 5
They're cooked when they're a bit puffy, and both sides are brown.
- 6
Note: When bubbles appear while cooking, push it down flat with a towel.
