Fried chicken kabab is juicy and crispy deep-fried chicken kababs. These are not the usual type of kababs that are grilled. Fried chicken kababs is an easy and simple fried chicken recipe flavored with spices.
It is spicy and delicious starter recipe that can be prepared for parties or gatherings. Marinate and let it stay in the fridge until you are ready to fry and serve. It also pairs well with biryani, sambar rice, or rasam rice.

In a mortar pestle or mixer, jar takes garlic cloves, green chili, pudina leaves and makes a coarse paste without adding water.

In a bowl take corn flour, maida, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, pepper powder, salt, and prepared pudina paste. Add 1 egg and mix everything well without adding water. Add red food color and mix well.

Add cleaned and drained chicken. Coat well with the masala and let it marinate for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.

In a Kadai heat enough oil to deep fry chicken. Drop-in chicken pieces into hot oil without overcrowding. On medium flame fry chicken for 6-8 mins until cooked well. Remove onto tissue paper and fry the next batch. Sprinkle chaat masala on fried chicken kabab when it is still hot.

Serve hot chicken kabab with lemon wedges and onion rings.
