2boiled potato
100 mlsunflower oil
50 gmvermicelli
1 pinchturmeric powder
1 pinchchilli powder
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchcoriander powder
Pinchcumin powder

Mix the boiled potato with cumin, corriender and turmeric powder. Put the salt also.

Then divide the whole potato mix into three and make that into a bowl shape. Keep small amount amount of boiled potato for garnishing purpose.

Put four cups of water in 250 gm of maida and make it a thik liquid. After that dip those bowl shaped potato mix into the maida liquid. Put vermicelli into that. It will look like a nest.

Use those small amount of boiled potato in semi round shape for garnishing and put three pudina leaves also.
