Ingredients

  • 2Chicken breast meat
  • 2 tbspMayonnaise
  • 2tabelspoons Vinegar
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 4 tbspFlour

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the chicken breasts diagonally into strips against the grain.

  2. 2

    Add all the seasonings and marinate the chicken for about 1-2 hours.

    Add flour into Step 2 and coat the chicken.

    Pan-fry the chichen in a skillet until done.
