Steps

Turn on the gas heat a pressure cooker add 3tsp oil,add chopped potatoes and pointedgourd

Saute it very well until it change color then take off from the cooker

On a same cooker add pureed tomato, onions and garlic paste cook for a while then all masalas and salt as per taste

Cook for 10 mins After that add some chopped coriander
- 5
Add pointed gourd and potatoes cook for a while then add 2cup of water
- 6
Close the lid when 2whistle came Sim the gas after 5min turn off the gas
- 7
Pour it into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaf
