For the first filling, take a pan and pour some oil. Now add onion in it and let it cook for 5 mins.

Then add tomato, capsicum and the spices in it and cook it for 5 mins. The first filling is ready. Spread this filling on a nice paper Dosa on tawa.

Now for the second kind of filling, make a paper Dosa on tawa and spread the grated beetroot on it and rub it with a spoon.

Now put the regular potato filling over it and it's ready to serve.

For the third filling, put some schezwan chutney on a paper Dosa on tawa and spread it nicely. Then spread grated cheese on it and it's ready.
