Gather all the ingredients. Wash and soak matki for the whole night in water and tie in a cloth and keep in hot case it will take 12 hours. Your sprouts are ready.

Heat oil in a pan onion puree and cook until ot to pink.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute for two minutes.

Now add tomato puree and fry till the oil begins to separate.

Add all masalas and sprouts stir to mix everything well.

Now add enough water to make the gravy. Cook for 15 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and farsan.

Served hot with pav.
