French Recipe of Sauté Potatoes

Adding the frozen Garden Peas was my own idea. The Recipe I got from Raymond Blanc from his Saturday morning Cookery Show on ITV television that started in the Spring of 2021.The calories with just potatoes is 2.500,with the 400g of frozen Garden Peas all the calories amount to 4.000.The Frozen Garden Peas surprisingly amounted to about 1.500 calories. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil at 200ml amounted to 1.600 calories for the Spanish type. I served it with Pork Chops, but could be served with a few poached eggs instead.

I didn't use exact measurements for millilitres - I have a 500ml mug capacity from my big cup - so I measured 1/4 for the White Wine Vinegar - 125ml / and for the White Wine nearly to the top of the mug (ran out of Wine from the bottle),so I may have only used 450ml / and very nearly 250ml (half way of inside the mug) for the Extra Virgin Olive Oil - I used up all that I had left. Not sure if I put 1/8 of White Wine Vinegar in.The White Wine Vinegar does give a nice flavour, but I guess it is important not to taste too much White Wine Vinegar. My dinner might serve 4 O.A.P's (Old Age Pensioners).
