Cooking Instructions

Add 10 tbsp of oil on the pan. Also add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Ignite the stove, and wait for the seeds to splutter.

Add ground nuts. Saute for 1-2 mins then add chana daal. Do not add Chana Daal with the groundnut as Chana Daal takes less time to fry. Therefore add it after the ground nuts are half fried.
You can also add ING Powder at this stage, this helps in digestion.

Saute for 1 min and add chilli paste or slit chillies onto the pan.

Add 2tbsp of salt and 1tbsp of turmeric. You can also add coriander leaves.

Saute for 2 mins. Now add this to the cooked rice and give it a proper mix.
You can add lemon on the rice for taste.

Your delicious lemon rice is ready.
