Add pressure cooked dal, making sure dal has cooked well.

Take a pan and heat oil.Then add chopped green chilli, cumin seeds along with whole red chillies and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped onion in the pan and saute until the onion becomes translucent. Now add chopped tomato into it. Cook until the tomato becomes tender or soft. Add red chilli powder, saute it and turn off the gas.

Pour this tempering on the cooked dal and mix well and add chopped coriander leaves

And serve with roti
