Frankly speaking, my family is not fond of sourdough bread but I'm a huge fan of it. So whenever I have time in hand, will start preparing a sourdough starter and make it. I planned for baking day but was not possible for many reasons but here I'm on the very next day with sourdough bread.

60 mlsour dough starter
250 ml water
2 Cupswhole wheat flour
1/2 tspsalt

Steps

Prepare the starter. Mix it with 125 ml water.

Add whole wheat flour and salt. Mix it well. Use another 125 ml. Add in batches.

Mix it everything. I kept it outside for the whole day.

Take flour generously. Cover the dough. Keep it covered for another 3 hours.

Bake it in preheated oven at 200 ° for 30 minutes.
