Roast the sesame seeds on an open pan

Leave it at room temperature to cool down

Soak and crush 4-5 pieces of tamarind or tamarind paste in 10ml water. Leave it for 2minutes and remove the seeds. Tamarind pulp soaked in water will remain.

In a mixer grinder add the following: roasted sesame seeds, tamarind soaked in water, green chilli chopped, grated coconut, jaggery and salt.

You can consume this fresh or even store this in the refrigerator upto one week.
