Clean and grate the carrots and zucchini.

In a non-stick pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and the carrots and zucchini.

Clean a lemon and grate the zest from one side only.

Add salt and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes without covering the pan.

Transfer to a salad bowl and let cool, which will take about an hour.

Once cooled, add the cream cheese and breadcrumbs, and mix well.

Form into balls and use a mold to flatten them into burger shapes.

Once shaped, cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour. You can prepare them the night before for the next day.

Place the burgers in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Enjoy your meal!

Alternatively, you can bake them in a preheated static oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
