  • 1 kgWashed Beans
  • 100 gCayenne Pepper
  • Onions 1big
  • 50 gHabanero Pepper
  • 70 gFresh Ginger
  • Sardine
  • Leaffor wrapping
  • Oil of choice 2cksp
  • Ground Crayfish 2cksp
  • Lil Salt
  • Water(controlled)

    Blend all together,except oil, crayfish and sardine,wash leaves with salt,drain

  2. 2

    Add oil, crayfish and remove bone from sardine before adding,mix well,add Lil water to loosen up,taste to adjust with salt or seasoning,scoop into leaves then put in a prepared pot with leaf stalks at the base of pot,add Lil water round the arranged moi moi leaf,cover well with leaves,then pot cover or lid,cook for 25mins maximum,enjoy with cereal of choice
