Baked Fish en Papillote

It's very beneficial to include all types of fish in our diet at least once a week, especially for children, as it helps with concentration thanks to Omega 9, which coats neurons and aids in their interaction. It also helps with memory in adults, and if well-seasoned, it's very tasty.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the fish thoroughly. Make sure it has clear and moist eyes when buying; never buy fish with sunken eyes, as it means it's not fresh. The catch should be from the same day or the previous evening, no older.
Scale and keep it chilled. - 2
Prepare the vegetables: slice the onion into thin strips, the bell pepper into rings, and the tomato as well, all about 1/2 inch thick. Slice the lemon normally.
- 3
Return to the fish, massage it with a drizzle of oil, and season with salt and pepper inside and out. Don't be afraid to use salt, as it enhances the flavor significantly. I've made this recipe many times, and the result is noticeably better with enough salt. Of course, it depends on personal taste 🤔
Sprinkle the spices to taste, especially paprika, which is very important, so please don't skip it. If you have the other spices, even better: more flavor! - 4
Chop the garlic and place it inside and outside the fish, along with the cilantro.
Arrange parchment paper on a large baking sheet, place the fish and vegetables on top.
Bake at 350 - 400°F for 45 - 55 minutes.
By that time, it should be cooked and delicious!!! 😁

Salmon Baked in Foil Salmon Baked in Foil
My mom used to make these in a pan, but I can prepare side dishes while these are steaming in the oven, so I changed the recipe like this...When closing the aluminum foil in step 4, if you fold 1 cm of each end 2-3 time and again in the center, then the steam will not escape. When eating, I think adding a bit of soy sauce or ponzu sauce, if you prefer, is delicious. When opening the aluminum foil, it is really hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.
