Boil water in a steamer.Lineup the slices of ginger then place the fish on top of ginger.And steam fish for five mins.Off the fire but dont open the lead.

Heat a pan and stir fry the ginger and garlic.Just light brown dont burn the garlic.Then pour it on the surface of fish.Then continue steaming for three more mins.Remove from steamer then pour the soy sauce.
