In a bowl add your cauliflower, add Scotch bonnet, garlic, ginger, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, seasoning cubes and corn flour, stir well then add some water and keep stirring until well combine, fry in hot oil until golden brown, keep aside

In a pan add oil, onion, cloves, Brocoli, bay leave and cinnamon stick saute for 2mnt then add in Scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger saute for 3mnt

Add all your spices and seasoning stir well then add in parboiled rice and stir until well combine, add your scrambled egg and cauliflower stir and fry for 7 to 10mnt, add your bell peppers keep frying for another 7mnt then cover and allow it to simmer for 5mnt, serve and enjoy 😋
