Take flour in a bowl and add oregano,butter and salt to it.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes by adding small portions of curd.

When the dough is ready,cover it with wet muslin cloth and keep it aside for 24 hours and let it be fermented.(Tip- if you don't want to wait so long..add some yeast during kneading and you can use the dough instantly)

In a bowl add butter,salt,oregano and 1finely grated galic to make a paste

For stuffing take half bowl of sweet corns and one finely grated capsicum and add salt and a pinch of black pepper to it.Keep the mixture aside for stuffing

Take a kadaii or pan and spread a little of salt in it.Now place a small bowl on it and cover the pan properly so that it can be tightly closed.switch on the gas and prepare your homemade oven.

Take the dough and knead it again for 5 minutes and give it the shape of ball.

Roll it with help of roller pin in shape of a thick chapatti

Now spread the garlic and butter paste on whole chapati with hands or spoon.You can also sprinkle some oregano and salt here.

Now keep the stuffing in the semi circle (half)of chapati shaped roll.Grate a lot of mozerella cheese on the stuffing

To seal the bread,dip your fingers in water and apply it on the edges of the roll.

Fold the rolled chapati in semi circle and press the edges again with the help of a fork and make small imprints of folk on the edges.

Now make cuts(not deep) on the semi- circled bread make sure that cuts do not make whole in the bread.It is just for design.

Now spread the left butter garlic paste on the bread and keep it in a plate (Eg. Steel/ not plastic)with a butter paler on it

Place it in the pre-heated pan and again cover it tightly

After 15 minutes,your delicious homemade and healthy garlic bread is ready.Cut it into pieces and share it with your loved ones
