Mix all ingredients in a bowl.Reserve half egg for brushing.

Add warm water gradually to form a sticky batter.

Knead the batter till dough is smooth.

Cover the bowl,and keep in a warm place for 2 hours.

Dough is risen to double.Punch to remove the execess air.

Take out small portions,round them.Then flatten with palms to make small naans.

Arrange in a baking tray,cover with a cotton cloth and leave for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile pre-heat an oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes the naans are proofed.

Beat the remaining half egg,brush it on naans.Sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Bake on 180°c for 20 minutes.

Serve hot with korma or curry.
