Take chicken mince and in the food processor grind it once again.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, green chilli, green coriander, turmeric, garam masala powder, mint leaves to minced meat and grind finely twice.

Boil egg and peel off. Refrigerate the mince mixture for around 30 min.

Cover boiled eggs with mince with oily hands. Store mince-covered eggs in fridge

Heat oil and fry on medium flame till golden brown

Remove on paper napkin and cut it in half

Serve with green chutney.
