Take berries in a pan and add castor sugar to it, cook till tender. When cool, churn it in a blender coarsely. If using dried, once soak them for 15 minutes in hot water and then follow the same procedure as told.Squeeze lemon juice to it and cover it and keep it in the fridge.

Take cupcake liners and line them inside the cupcake tray
this helps to support the liners.
Churn the biscuits add in melted and soft butter do it give a nice churn. With the help of spoon press them on the liners and keep it in the fridge. - 3
Take out the cream cheese beat It till soft. In another bowl add in the whipped cream and beat until soft peaks are formed. Add essence and a pinch of purple colour, now fold it with the cream cheese. Take out some of this whipped cream for garnishing and store it in the fridge for later use.

In rest of the whipped cream add little blueberry puree and keep aside. Now in a pan take milk, heat it on the low flame Add agar agar to it. Stir continuously, see that no lumps are formed.Stir it till it thickens and let it cool for few seconds and add this to the whipped cream.

Take out the liners. With the help of icing bag pour this mixture on the liners. Tap nicely so that it spreads evenly.Set in the freezer for 6 hours now once it is set apply the layer of blueberry puree and make the florets with the whipped cream which we had kept for later use.Remove the liners. Garnish with fresh mint and blueberry.

It is a very delicate cake needs to be handled with care while serving.
