Cooking oil
200 gmeat
2carrots
Colored capsicum
2 clovesgarlic

Boil meat and set aside. Boil pasta and set aside

In a sauce pan cook onions add garlic when brown add tomatoes let it cook and add diced carots and capsicums

Stir and add meat. Add salt and add pasta incorporate well and serve
