1bowlful Plain cooked rice
1Egg
4sheets Flavored nori seaweed
2 pinchBonito flakes

Scramble the egg. It is better if the egg is crumbly.

Mix all the ingredients except for the rice. Thoroughly blend the flavours together. Add the nori seaweed by tearing it by hand.
