In a bowl add besan, carrom seeds, red chili,garam masala & salt mix well.

Pour cooking oil and water & combine this gently. prepare a soft dough.

Keep the dough for rest at least 15 -20 min. Then heating oil in a Kadai. Take a small portion of the dough place it on the flat surface roll n press with hand stretch gently to give the shape of fafda.

With the help of a knife take it out nicely pot it in the oil and fry on a low flame cook from both sides. prepare all likewise.

Now serve this with papaya chutney but I serve with only chutney.
