Spicy misal Pav
Misal pav is a popular Mumbai street food made of sprouts topped with onions, tomatoes, namkeen/farsan and lemon juice and served with pav. We have it every time we go to Mumbai.

Steps

Take one cooker and pressure cook the sprouts with salt and turmeric. Keep aside.

Take one no - stick pan and dry roast all the misal masala ingredients and churn it.

Take one heavy bottom kadai add oil. Add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes then add tomatoes and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Add misal masala and fry for another couple of minutes then add sprout moong daal and add 4-5 cup of water and cook it for 5-7 minutes.

After that add lemon juice and decorate it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with fatsaan, chopped onions and pao.
