Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupCurd chilled
  2. 2 tbspGarlic minced
  3. 1 tspCumin powder
  4. 1 tbspMint leaves,chopped
  5. 1 tspBlack salt
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspOil

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Sauté till garlic turns golden brown in colour. Remove from pan.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients along with sautéd garlic.

    Whisk everything together.

    Garnish with some sautéd garlic & serve chilled.
