Steps

Firstly,take a bowl add poha, water & washed them properly and transfer the washed poha into large bowl & mashed properly,in a pan add 2 tsp oil for tadka now put chana dal& mustard seeds let it splutter,add fennel seeds & curry leaves

Put this mixture into poha than add chopped onion,ginger chillies, coriander curd,sugar & salt

Take a mixture and make a tikki of it flatten slightly,Take a pan put oil,Heat the oil once the oil is hot slide the vada into hot oil once the vada is slightly golden,turn over the other side.Fry the vada on medium flame,so that its cooked from inside

Remove it keep a side for 10 mins for rest in fridger after 10 min fry them again that turns evenly crisp & golden in colour... finally Serve with chutney..
