Wash paye very well than put in a deep pot with 1_1/2 to 2litre water, add all its ingredients for 1_2hrs or till soft n tender and water reduced to half quantity.when boil comes remove scum from top.

When trotters /paye gal jaen and nice stock is ready make its gravy.

In a pot add oil or ghee fry onions to golden brown and take out, than add tez patta, ginger garlic paste and fry with little water add red chilli powder, dhanya powder masala ko bht acha bhunai karen pani thora thora dal ke.

In dahi add brown onions
Save some for topping. Blend it and add in pot again fry well, now strain paye from stock and again bhun lein achi tarha than add stock strain kar ke and add grinded masala n cook on low flame for 40 _60 mins. If required add warm water. Keep shorba according to need. In the end when ready sprinkle garam masala. - 5
Serve hot with naan, lemon, ginger julieline and dhania
