Add eggs and castor sugar in a bowl and beat it till fluffy.

Now sift Cocoa powder, flour and salt in eggs then lightly mix it.

Pour batter into greased lined mould with butter paper and bake for 20 minutes or till done at 180°.

Cut the cooled cake and soaked with pineapple juice, spread cream and set the pineapple chunks and cover with other layer of cream.

Mix chopped almonds and Dessicated coconut and cover the cake with it. Now set glazed cherries and pipe the cream on top.

Decorate with pineapple pieces and cake is ready!
