Quickly Baked in a Bread Maker: Oil-free and Fluffy Sandwich Bread

I'm worried about the amount of bad cholesterol that my family is consuming, so I decided to come up with an oil-free, low-cholesterol bread recipe.

If you enjoy a little less salt, then feel free to reduce the amount of salt. If you like sweeter bread, then add some sugar.
Of course you can also use regular milk too.
With the measurements of the flour, it's just supposed to reach a combined weight of 250 g. So don't sweat it if it's not exact!!
This is fantastic for babies too. Recipe by Llimona

Steps

  1. 1

Add all the ingredients (except for the yeast) into the bread machine.

  2. 2

Add the yeast into the yeast chamber and then set the machine to make the bread.

  3. 3

Set it to the "quick bake" course and once the bread is a very light color, it's done. Take it out and the bread will turn golden brown on it's own. Just wait!

  4. 4

If the dough doesn't rise enough, raise the amount of yeast used to 4 g.
