In a frying pan heat oil and add vermicelli fry for 1 minute on low flame.

Add sugar, dry milk and vermicelli to boiling milk and cook for 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame and transfer sheer khurma to a serving bowl.

Add dry fruits and serve.
