Misal pav is a popular dish from Maharastra. It consists of misal and pav.
Steps

Gather all the ingredients. Wash and soak matki for the whole night in water and tie in a cloth and keep in hot case it will take 12-15 hours. Your sprouts are ready.

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker add bay leaf and cinnamon stick stir fry for a few seconds. Add the onion puree and cook until it turns pink.

Add ginger-garlic paste saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add tomato puree and fry till the oil begins to separate.

Add salt, misal masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, haldi powder and sprouts. Stir to mix everything well.

Now add enough water to make the gravy. Pressure cook for 2 whistle.

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with farsan along with pav (buns).
