Firstly we wash palak and blanch,drain and keep aside meanwhile we chop onion tomato and make paste of ginger garlic

Now heat pan and put oil,add paste, chopped onion saute well add tomato cook just few minutes now add palak mix well

Now add boiled dal,salt, and dry masala mix and check the consistency if needed water cook for 5 minutes and serve hot with roties
