For masala powder First take a pan and add all the masalas in low heat roast them after a few seconds add the coconut and again roast for few seconds. Let them cool for a bit and then grind them in a mixture and keep aside. Your misal masala is ready

Now take a pressure cook add the moth beans and two cups water. Cook until one whistle

Now take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and let it heat up. Once heated add coriander cumin seeds and bay leaf whole red chilli and hing.

Add chopped onions and curry leaves and sauté till golden brown

Now add chilli ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds

Now add tomatoes and cook until they are soft

Once soft add all the dry masala with 2 tbsp of misal masala powder and mix well

Now add the cooked moth beans and a little bit of water salt to taste and boil for one min
- 9
After that add coriander leaves. Garnish with numkeen and chopped onions. Serve with pav. Your yummy delicious misal pav is ready enjoy.
