This pulao,palau,pilao also known as "KABULI" pulao, was created by the upper class families of Kabul who could afford to include caramelized carrots,raisins and covered nuts in their rice...Over time as people in Afghanistan became wealthier this dish became more common...

Steps

Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef.

Cut onions, tomato, green chillies,
Blend green chilli and tomatoes, ginger garlic blend it and make fine paste... - 3
Cut carrots wash raisin, and Almonds

Take a pan add oil,1tbls sugar and caramelize carrots first then add Almonds and raisins...set a side

Take wok add onion fry it on low flame...later on add ginger garlic paste...add garam masala and other spices

Bonify it for 3-4m

Other side make caramel take an other pan add 2tbls sugar, cook it on very low flame until sugar dissolved...

Add mutton stock in same spices wok... Boiled it then add soaked ruce in it..first cook it on low medium flame with cover...then high your flame cook excess water

Layered on the very top of wok with caramelized carrots,almonds, raisins and Roasted chops and keep it on Dum for 10-12m
