A Mega-Steak with Amazingly Awesome Sauce! A Mega-Steak with Amazingly Awesome Sauce!
Don't be afraid to go all out and really take your time reducing the sauce! Be bold and boil it down! This sauce alone will increase your repertoire! It's so easy. I just can't live without all-purpose sukiyaki sauce!I love sukiyaki sauce. The amounts are for a mega-steak... if you're using a filet or sirloin, this is enough sauce for 2 steaks. It's good to have lots of sauce. At a minimum, you can make the sauce with 100 ml of sukiyaki sauce and 40 ml of grain vinegar! Recipe by To-sutou cookpad.japan -

Beef Steak with the Perfect Sauce Beef Steak with the Perfect Sauce
I wanted to turn cheap Australian beef into a stylish and delicious meal.If you pound the steak and then return it to its original shape, it will be tender and juicy. For sides, try warm vegetables, mashed potatoes, spinach sautéed in butter, or whatever you'd like. For this dish, I used broccoli, carrots, and lightly cooked taro root. For 2 servings. Steak with Homemade Grated Daikon Radish Sauce Steak with Homemade Grated Daikon Radish Sauce
Rather than a rich and heavily-flavored steak, I felt like seasoning it light. This was my attempt of making homemade sauce. If you strain the grated daikon radish too much, it will taste dried out, so leave a moderate amount of moisture and top on the steak. Recipe by JCT cookpad.japan -
