Ingredients

30 minutes
4 people
  1. 1 cupsemolina or suji or rava
  2. 1/2 cupghee or clarified butter
  3. 1/2 cupAlfonso mango pulp
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 3 cupshot boiling water
  6. As neededCashews & almonds
  7. as requiredMango pieces for garnishing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast semolina for 5 minutes. Heat ghee or clarified butter in pan. Roast semolina till it turn reddish brown in colour. Add ghee in 2, 3 steps.

    Boil water.

    Add boiled water in roasted semolina. Stir it till it becomes thick in consistency.

    Add mango pulp & dry fruits. Cover lid. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add sugar. Mix well. Cover lid. Cook for another 5 minutes. Mix occasionally.

    Garnish with mango pieces & dry fruits. Serve hot.
