Boil the chicken for 45 minutes and add the ginger and garlic powder to help soften the chicken better and faster.

Drain the chicken stock and put it in a separate bowl.

Fry onion, garlic, green pepper and the chicken pieces in oil until it turns golden brown.

Add the grated tomato mixture and the two beef cubes and stir together then cover for a few minutes.

Stir the royco mix in the chicken stock and add to the mixture till you get a consistency to your liking.

Add cilantro and it’s ready to serve.
