2 1/2 cupBrown rice flour (or rice flour)
300 mlTapioca powder
50 mlCorn starch
50 mlKatakuriko
2 tbspXanthan gum

Combine all of the ingredients in an airtight container and shake until well combined, (I use a large Ziploc bag).
