First sieve besan now in mixing bowl put besan now add salt carom seeds and oil Mix all ingredients now pour some water add water slowly. Make dough like paratha dough.

Now divide in an 8/10 portion Now on a wooden surface, keep one portion of the dough and with the end of your palm push it forward. Now with a sharp knife coming from top to bottom scrape it from the board in one go otherwise it will break. Keep the knife straight and not at an angle.

Fry it in hot oil in medium flame on both sides serve with kadhi, fried chili.
