Malai paneer kofta

Steps

Take a boil and peel potato mash it and mix cornflour and salt on it.

Now mix it properly and keep it aside. And mix crush paneer, salt, pepper, and small pieces of cashew. And keep aside. Now make big rounds of potato mixer and a small one for paneer one. now put a small one in mid and cover it with potato mix. will be like a big ball.

Now hot the oil and deep fry it, till golden brown now cut in 2 pieces and let it cool down.

Now it's time to make a paste of onion and garlic ginger, and second tomato and cashew paste. put both pastes aside.

Add oil to pan make it hot, put first cumin then onion paste and let it cook till it becomes brown. Now add masalas and after that tomato paste let it cook for 2 min on high flame.

Now add milk, curd, and water mix it very well, and boil it for 5 min. on medium flame. now on the top of kofta add gravy and enjoy. garnish with coriander.
