Heat a pan add all masalas roast it well

When it cool down......grind a fine paste

Heat a boiling water add some salt on it....then add frozen peas

After that strain it

Again heat a pan add 1sp ghee add peas and all masalas that we have prepared.and salt...cook it in a low flame

When it cool down mash it with the help of masher and make a small ball from dough

Then place it in a middle the peas mixer and roll it by rolling pin

Heat a tawa roast the paratha with the ghee from both the sides
