I am always obsessed with the intrigued pie patterns yet hussel of making pie base pulls me little back.so here comes my fusion fundas😁😁. I use pizza dough and fulfills my desire to create some interseting pies

Ingredients

Prepeared dough
Pizza dough
Filling
100 gmbeef mince
1onion small
2garlic cloves
1/2 cuptomato paste
2cheese slices
1 tbspchilli sauce
1 tbspsoya sauce
1/2 tsppaprika
1/2 tspsalt to taste
Basting
Eggwash

Take pizza dough divide it in 2 portions.roll out one portion according to pie dish size

Prepeared filling.saute onion and garlic in oil.add mince and fry well.add all seasonings and tomato paste.let it cook till water dries out.spread pizza sauce over pie dough.place cheese slices over

Roll other dough portion.cut strips from it.arrange over filling. Cut circles and place over.leave for 15min covered.then brush eggwash.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for about 20-25 min.check from bottom and give top grill heat for 2-5 min to give colour

Let it cool a bit,then take out from dish.enjoy cheeylicious pie with team zafran cookpad
