Made healthy moong parathas with wheat,oats, walnut flours & spices for lunch box.
Steps

Grind 2 tbsp walnuts in mixer to make walnut flour. Keep aside.
Grind green chillies and ginger to make paste. Grind moong sprouts and coriander leaves to make coarse paste. Transfer grinded mong coriander paste, green chillies ginger paste in mixing plate. Add wheat, oats, walnut flours,oil,salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida. Mix all and add curd to bind into semi soft paratha dough. Keep aside for 20 mins. - 2
Knead prepare paratha dough. Divide into 12-14 equal flattened balls. Roll each with help of dry flour into 4-5" diameter round parathas.

Roast prepared parathas on both sides on iron griddle with oil on medium flame till golden spots appears.. as shown in figure.

Serve/ Relish delicious, healthy Walnuts Moong Parathas with Gur Kairi mango pickle. Or pack them for children lunch box.
