  1. 2pie crusts
  2. 3eggs
  3. About 14 oz (400 g) sausage meat
  4. About 14 oz (400 g) ground pork (for pâté)
  5. 2potatoes
  6. 1onion
  7. 2 clovesgarlic
  8. 1large shallot
  9. 1/4 cupchopped parsley (about 1/2 glass)
  10. Salt and pepper
  11. 1 tablespoonbutter

    Mix the meats together and knead well. Add 2 eggs, salt, and pepper, then knead again.

    Finely chop the potatoes, onion, 1 clove of garlic, salt, and pepper, then add to the meat mixture.

    Spread the mixture over one pie crust and cover with the other crust.

    In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley, 1 egg, and the second clove of garlic. Brush this mixture all over the top of the pie.

    Cut 4 small holes in the top crust and bake for 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
